Once a property is sold or leased, it is important to report the result in RateMyAgent.

Step 1:
​For Sales Properties: Go to your Agent or Agency Dashboard, click on 'Properties' followed by 'Active', then Search for the property, and click 'Report Result'. For sales properties, you can mark them as sold when the sold sticker is placed on the property board and hasn't completed the settlement or when the property has completed the settlement.

For Leasing Properties: Go to your Agency Dashboard, click on ' Properties' then select 'Rentals' and then select the 'Active' tab then search the property.

Step 2: Select 'Report Result' and Select Sold/Rented and then fill in the details of the sale/leased transaction, and click "Save Changes"
​Note: If you select "Undisclosed" the sale price will not be visible to the public however you will still need to enter in the sale price so it saves in the system.

You'll see that some of your listings say 'Sold' and 'Confirm Result' instead, this means we have received some of the property results from a public source, but we need you to confirm that they are accurate.

If the details are correct, you can just click 'Save Changes'. If they're not, update them or withdraw the property.

Note: If you select "Undisclosed" the sale price will not be visible to the public however you will still need to enter in the sale price so it saves in the system.
