Can agents within a team still win their own agent award?

Yes, being part of a team does not impact your ability to win an agent award.

How do awards work for teams? (Agent awards + team awards)

  • For agents, our regular awards metrics are used. Collecting a vendor team review counts toward your RSR if you are on the listing as the supporting or lead agent.

  • For teams, we use the same metrics as agencies. 3 metrics are used: combining the total properties sold as lead by all team members, average sales value and RSR's of each agent within your team. All of your agents need to collect as many vendor reviews as they can.

If an agent is not on the listing, will the review still count towards their awards scores?

No, while the review is still great to collect, since you are not on the listing, the review will not count for awards.

If you are on a listing (whether it be lead or supporting) and you are selected for the review request within the team review, when the review is collected it will count as a review for your RSR.


Can I import reviews and have them as team reviews for multiple people?

Yes, just import them as normal and select the other team members:


Can I use Easy Reviews to get team reviews?

Short answer, no.

  • Reviews collected through Easy Reviews are only attributed to 1 person but they will still appear on the team profile as well as their agent and agency profiles.

  • Easy Reviews are triggered for individual agents when lead on a listing.

  • Easy Reviews work for vendors only (with the exception of Harcourts agents).

  • Anyone using ER will be collecting their own vendor reviews for the sales they are lead on. (The same as a request sent where other team members are not selected on the request.)

  • For reviews to be attributed to multiple people, they must be requested manually and the other team members need to be selected.

Does it matter whether the reviews are requested from an agent or team profile?

No, as long as you are a member of the team and you select all the agents you want the the review to be for. You must select all agents on the request, even if the agents are on the listing.

Do I need to be on the listing to get a review through my team's reviews?

No, all agents in your team can be selected for review requests on any listings, it does not matter which members are on the listing.

*Please note though, if an agent is not on a listing, they will not have the opportunity to collect their own review from their agent dashboard. They will only be able to get a review if a team review is requested from the team dashboard and they are selected on the request.

How do my reviews and listings function if I am under a team and also an office?

All of your listings and reviews (include team reviews you collect where you were not on the listing) will show on both the team and office profile as well as your agent profile.

What happens if we cancel our team subscription and no longer have a team profile?

The reviews will be shown on agent profiles for all agents who were selected on each review, regardless of them being on the listing or not.

The agent who was listed as the 'Primary Agent' on the review request will be able to see these reviews within their Dashboard, the other agents will not.
