Chasing your Vendor reviews and bumping your RMA Score could help you win an Agent of the Year Award.
To be eligible for a win in a suburb, you must have sold at least 5 properties as the LEAD agent in a location and have 5 unique vendor reviews in the same location. If no one meets these criteria, no award will be presented.
If you sold a property in 2023 and received a review in 2024, this DOES NOT count toward the minimum eligibility requirements.
Together the following three main metrics are then used to calculate the award rankings:
Your Review/Sales Ratio (RSR) - the % of properties sold with a vendor review attached as a lead and supporting agent. This is your RSR across the whole platform which includes all transactions across suburbs, cities and states and can be viewed in your dashboard.

Average sales value of properties sold in 2024 as the lead agent.
Agents with more than 50% of their total reviews relating to developments or land across their whole profile are not eligible to participate in awards.
The deadline for 2024 reviews to be on your profile will be 11:59 pm AEST on the 3rd of January 2025.
Nominees for the state-level Agents of the Year will be announced in early 2025.

Rising Star
The rising star nominations are the top-ranked agents based on the same key metrics of all sales awards: properties sold, average sales value and RSR. The only difference is you must have had your first lead agent sales within the last 3 years.
What not to do!
All reviews must go through the correct verification process in order for you to be eligible for an award. Reviews that have not gone through the correct verification or submitted through nefarious means will be removed with or without notice in line with our Terms and Conditions.
RMA has a zero-tolerance policy for award fraud and repeat offenders will be deemed ineligible at our discretion.
What are non-office-based agencies eligible for?
Online real estate agencies who are listed on RMA at a national level are only eligible for Regional and Suburb awards. Online agencies split into locations or regions are eligible for all categories.
