RateMyAgent maintains agent and agency profiles based on information directly supplied to RateMyAgent by an agent or their agency, or by sourcing publicly available information which is compiled and analysed.
Any real estate agent who is featured on a residential property advertisement that is or has been for sale within the past 12 months will have a profile on RateMyAgent.
Profiles will not be deleted by RateMyAgent, except under the following circumstances:
It can be demonstrated that the subject agent no longer works in the industry.
The profile is a duplicate for the same agent or agency, in which case the multiple profiles will be merged into a single profile.
