Marked a listing as sold by accident? It happens. Follow the steps below to reactivate your listing. Please note that a listing can only be reactivated if there are no reviews attached.

Firstly, you will need to be logged into a profile. Just look in the top right-hand corner of your screen to check if you already are.

Step One: Click 'Properties' on the left-hand side. From there click 'Sold' and then the 3 dots to the right of the green buttons once you've found your listing then 'Edit Reported Result'

Step Two: Confirm that you would like to reactivate your listing. Your reactivated listing will now appear under the 'Unconfirmed' tab on your 'Properties' page.
