Updating your billing information

To avoid disrupting your subscription, your billing information will need to be updated accordingly. This can be done in the Billing tab of your profile.

Step 1: Log into the profile you need to update click on Account and then Billing

Step 2: Click on the +Add Payment Method button

Step 3: Select your preferred payment method of Card, Direct Debit or Google Pay, fill in the required details, select it as your default method and click Add Payment Method once done.

Direct Debit Customers, please note:

For AU - add your BSB and account number

For US - You must first select your bank (some will display by default or you can search for your bank) and then follow the prompts to connect your account immediately. A postcode is also required in the US for tax purposes.

Your new details will be added alongside any other payment methods you already have, and will be ready for your next payment!
