How can you win an AOYA in Property Management (Australia Only)

Chasing your 2023 Landlord reviews could help your Agency win an Agent of the Year Award

The below two metrics are used to calculate the awards.

  1. Your Review/Leased Ratio (RLR) - the % of properties leased with a landlord review attached. This is your RSR across the whole platform which includes all transactions across suburbs, cities and states.

  2. Total leased properties in 2023

  3. Total landlord reviews on properties leased in 2023

To be eligible for a win in a suburb, you must have leased at least 5 properties and have 5 unique landlord reviews for those properties. If no one meets these criteria, no award will be presented.

It’s important to note that you can request one review per property per year. Relationships with landlords are ongoing and they are able to rate your service for each property they own on a yearly basis.

Body Corps should not be leaving reviews for your agency, it should be each individual landlord/owner of the apartment within the building or complex.

The deadline for 2023 reviews to be on your profile will be 11:59 pm AEDT on the 3rd of January 2024.

Categories for 2023 Awards

  • Agency National Top 100

  • Agency State Top 10

  • Agency Top 5

  • Agency Suburb Winner

What not to do!

All reviews must go through the correct verification process in order for you to be eligible for an award.
